a) Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • You can cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched.

  • Once canceled successfully:

b) Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled online.
  • However, you may:
    • Refuse delivery at the time of arrival

Note:

  • Shipping or delivery charges (if applicable) may not be refunded.

2. Returns & Replacements

a) Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

    • In original packaging
    • With all tags, accessories, and invoices

b) Refund for Returned Products

  • After successful pickup and quality check:

    • Amount will be credited to the original payment method

c) Refund for Failed Transactions

  • If payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed:
    • Amount will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days

4. Non-Refundable Situations
